                      'The  Volunteer  will  at  all  times:\n•  Understand  the  principles  of  confidentiality  and  handle  all  information  appropriately\n•  Submit  mileage  claim  forms  on  a  weekly  basis\n•  Inform  Supportive  of  any  change  in  address  or  telephone  number\n•  Abide  by  the  Volunteer  Drivers’  Handbook  as  amended  from  time  to  time\n•  Abide  by  all  Supportive  policies  which  are  applicable  to  the  role  of  a  volunteer,  including,  but  not  limited  to  Health  and  Safety,  Safeguarding,  Data  Protection  and  Confidentiality\n•  Ensure  all  documentation  supplied  to  Supportive  is  correct  and  up-to-date\n•  Regularly  maintain  vehicle  to  ensure  safety  of  passengers  and  themselves  and  be  aware  that  Supportive  will  undertake  spot  checks  on  the  vehicle  from  time  to  time\n•  Be  aware  of  Supportive’s  procedures  in  relation  to  accidents,  incidents  or  concerns\n•  Inform  Supportive  immediately  of  any  medical  condition  or  disability  that  may  affect  their  ability  to  drive  safely\n•  Have  a  minimum  of  one  year’s  post-test  experience  and  produce  their  driver’s  licence  every  6  months\n•  Refrain  from  doing  anything  which  may  constitute  an  unacceptable  health  and  safety  risk  to  themselves  and  others\n•  Report  any  defective  equipment,  unsafe  situations  or  practices  immediately  to  the  Head  of  Service\n•  Report  any  sanctions/endorsements  on  their  licence  to  Supportive  immediately\n•  Following  induction,  undertake  a  Disclosure  and  Barring  Service  enhanced  check  on  a  three  yearly  basis.\n',
