An image really is worth a thousand words, do you agree? Are you keen to take that perfect picture? Do you see life through a lens?
We are looking for volunteer photographers to join our marketing team.
Ideally volunteers will have access to their own photography equipment, to be able to produce high resolution images.
We would love you to use the skills you have gained to capture, buildings, activities and participants at our venues and events, so that we can share the experiences on social media, website etc. and inspire others.
Events may include but are not limited to outside events, talks presentations and concerts.
Delivering to an approved brief that may include action shots
Delivering images that capture the energy and excitement of everyone taking part in events
Delivering images of buildings and venues
Processing and cataloguing all images and using agreed software to edit photographs e.g. resizing and image retouching as requested
Respecting anyone who does not wish to be photographed
Is over 18
Is a punctual time keeper
Able to follow a brief provided
Is Health & Safety Conscious
Being able to use initiative (safely) to get the best shots possible
Have experience as a photographer, either professionally or as a hobby
Being able to use initiative (safely) to get the best shots possible
Can be good team player
Is good Communicator
Has a neat personal appearance
Has the ability to be non-judgemental and acknowledge an individual's right to space

You will be asked to provide and wear appropriate clothing and footwear, role/activity dependent. The Auckland Project is unable to reimburse travel expenses.

Responsibility
volunteers with The Auckland Project (TAP ) have access during opening times to the Visitor attractions, Auckland Castle, Spanish gallery, Mining Art Gallery in order to understand these visitor attractions and act as an ambassador for TAP as part of being a volunteer.
