'Natural High is a music dance and drama group based in Crook, and we offer performing arts to young people from the ages of 8 – young adults. In the twenty years we have been in existence we have met some lovely children / young people from all backgrounds, and we find that friendships are formed, young people supported if going through difficult times. Within Natural High every child matters, so in every show we do every child will have a part. We encourage our children to bring ideas and suggestions for shows.\n\nWe offer youth leadership training from 17 upwards – so volunteering is a good opportunity for anyone going into the Arts at college or University and to gain experience in leading sessions, putting on shows etc.\n',
