Move Mates

Move Mates is a walking buddy project. We pair people who struggle to get out on their own, with one of our volunteers, for a regular walk. Move Mates is for adults of all ages and can help people with short-term goals such as building confidence to get to new places, or with longer-term support to improve physical, mental, and emotional health outcomes.
