Assisting participants with creating and updating CVs, searching and applying for jobs online, setting up and using email accounts, using smartphones, tablets or laptops, completing online forms and accessing essential digital services.\nExplaining digital tasks patiently and clearly to beginners. Working alongside our team of staff and volunteers. Signposting participants to other services or support where appropriate. Most of the people you’ll support will have low digital confidence, may be unemployed, or may have English as an additional language. A kind, supportive approach is key.\n\n',
