Bullion Community Resource Centre changed its name from Chester-le-Street and District CVS and Volunteer Bureau in March 2014 and amended its objects to reflect a new role - strategic community development. They continue to manage Bullion Hall which is a community centre based in the most deprived part of Chester-le-Street providing a range of activities for all age groups from parent and toddler groups to ballet, from martial arts to mobile cinema.
