To Assist the existing coaching team to deliver badminton coaching to children between the ages of 8 and 18 years. .
Helping to deliver badminton programs and drills to educate young people in the sport of Badminton. This could involve feeding shuttles, advising on correct positioning on court, racket and movement as part of an already existing coaching team.
Coaching experience not essential as training will be given, but an interest in the sport would be an advantage. The club is looking for a person who will be able to deliver different aspects of the game in a friendly manner. The position does require a Enhanced DBS and some safeguarding training which the club can help with.
Freemans Quay Leisure Centre, Freemans Place, Durham City, DH1 1SW
Every Friday Evening from 6pm-9pm. The club does close for the season from end of July to September each year.
Training alongside the other members of the coaching team. The club can also a pathway to achieving badminton qualifications as part of the ongoing training.
If travelling by car the club does offer the weekly cost of your parking charges as an expense
