We have lots of volunteer roles for people who like to engage with visitors in our venues, however this is a brand-new opportunity to support the visitor journey with a volunteer role helping to shape and develop our customer care practices and delivery

Undertaking activities alongside the Visitor Operation Co-ordinator we are looking for people who will enjoy communicating over the phone and via email to help with bookings and enquiries as well as supporting with activities such as filing, photocopying etc.

We would be happy to have a conversation about the skills and experience you may be able to bring.
