To promote content, build online communities, and manage social media accounts. Create engaging content on platforms used, respond to comments, and track the effectiveness of campaigns. This volunteer role focuses on enhancing an organisation's online presence and engaging with their audience.
You will be working in collaboration with the Project Officer, social policy and marketing team.
*Distribute engaging written or image content from the team in the form of e newsletters, web page, social media messages by using appropriate social media
platforms effectively
*Promote regular activity across our Social Media Platforms
*Track effectiveness of campaigns

• Good written communication skills, with accuracy and

communicating online – remaining calm, balanced, and
neutral.
The post holder will need to be aware of the need for confidentiality
Online or in person at a pre agreed venue. You will have regular meetings with staff contact
Training will be provided in community and volunteer processes, Training will also be provided around the use of social media and safeguarding. Volunteers will have a specific staff member as a contact.
Reasonable and agreed in advance expenses, will be reimbursed
