Join our creative product design team and help support your local Mental Health Charity! We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers with arts and crafts experience to design and create beautiful hand-finished products for local craft fair stalls and our Gift shop based on the ground floor of our Centre.
- Design and craft high-quality handmade products including sewn gifts, greeting cards, keepsakes, notebooks, fabric bookmarks, and wooden items
- Research trends and share fresh, creative ideas with the team
- Develop products that can be efficiently reproduced to a consistent, professional standard
- Collaborate with fellow volunteers in a supportive, creative environment

- Arts and crafts experience (essential)
- Creativity and an eye for design
- Ability to produce uniform, high-quality finished products

Petrol/diesel will be reimbursed at 34p per mile up to a maximum of £10 a day

We run a yearly volunteer Appreciation Day to share thanks with all of our wonderful volunteers.
We are based in the City Centre, located on Crossgate. We have a small private car car park on site. There is a bus stop just around the corner, located on "The Peth, Crossgate".
Our building has a lift.
St. Margaret's Centre is a registered charity as an activity and training hub for adults who need support with their mental wellbeing. The main aim of the Centre is to improve the health and wellbeing of the community, by providing a safe, therapeutic environment for people to regain their confidence, motivation and self-esteem while earning new skills and meeting new friends.
You must be 18 or over for this role due to volunteering with and around vulnerable adults.
