To create positive relationships with members of the community who attend a weekly Lunch Club to engage within activities and enjoy a healthy nutritious hot meal.
Assisting with the preparation of food & drinks.
Serving food to Lunch Club members.
Assisting in the cleaning of the hall and kitchen area.
Taking part in activities such as bingo, arts and crafts etc.
Be reliable, courteous and hardworking. Have a friendly and flexible attitude. Be well organized and approachable and have good communication skills
Every Thursday term time only between 11 am - 2 pm. At Laurel Avenue Community Association, The Woodlands, Durham. DH1 2EY.
Full support from Manager of Community Centre, our partner organisation Kings Church Durham and colleagues. Training in Food Hygiene Level 2 and safeguarding will be offered if dont already hold this and all travelling expenses paid for travel between home address and workplace.
