We are looking to build up a reserve of lovely people that can provide assistance with one-off fundraising events, helping us finance the services we provide to the local community,
You can help us with this individually, as part of a group or as a Company (if you have Corporate Social Responsibility days made available to your staff for volunteering , we would love to hear from you ! )
As a charity we do not receive any government funding and rely on the generosity of our supporters to function.. For almost four decades, Butterwick Hospice Care has supported local people and communities across our region. We deliver our primary objective of holistic palliative and supportive care to those suffering with progressive life limiting conditions, their families and loved ones. We provide an Adult Inpatient Unit, a Children and Young Adults Unit, Day Care Services, Home Care Services, Complementary Therapy plus Bereavement and Counselling Services.

Tasks would be varied and could include be helping out at a stall, a party, collecting money at various locations .
No experience is necessary , if you are reliable, have a willingness to help and good sense of humour, we will be delighted to have you with us,
Under some conditions, it may be necessary to obtain DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance for you - if this is the case we can arrange this with you (we will meet the costs for this.)
Age limits may apply for some events
Days and locations will vary.
Expenses for travel can be made available subject to company policy and prior agreement.
