Digital Adult Education Volunteer North East

Volunteering from Home

Would you enjoy sharing simple skills to build resilience to crisis across local communities?

We are looking for volunteers who are positive about educating adults, to lead virtual workshops. Our workshops encourage kind and inclusive communities who can cope with change and recover from adversity. This may include leading workshops on tackling loneliness, building confidence and the willingness to help in a first aid emergency.

Our volunteers will be based at home, delivering short on-line workshops for groups of adults. We are looking for people who are available for either one morning, or one afternoon workshop a week and able to volunteer in the role for at least 6 months.

You will need access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop. (We are unable to provide equipment for you).

If you have previous experience that’s great, but we can give full training and support if you are passionate about this and want to get involved.
