To help the Foundation for Good Wellbeing Community Cafe run smoothly day to day.
We have many different roles available including:
Pot washing
Serving customers
Prepping and cooking meals
Baking cakes
Serving meals
Being a friendly face for customer
No experience is needed but happy to complete any relevant training provided.
Be non judgemental
Happy to work as part of a team
We are open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and need volunteers each day due to just opening.

We are a community Café based in the heart of Consett, we aim to provide healthy affordable meals no matter your situation, we are inclusive and welcoming to everyone. We want to ensure peoples wellbeing in being looked after and stop social isolation.
We are part of the Foundation for Good Charity that also runs a food bank, boxing and gym all focused around your wellbeing.
