To assist with new Citizens House customers and existing customers which are not key-holders.
Providing Inductions for new group leaders, including health & safety policy etc.
Being in the building for the duration of sessions booked by groups which are not keyholders. This will include opening / locking up.
Be reliable and courteous
Have a friendly and flexible attitude
Be well organized and approachable
Have good communication skills
Hours will be variable but negotiated
Support and guidance from the Centre Manager whenever required
Dedicated training for all requirements of the role
All reasonable out of pocket expenses will be paid including a mileage allowance.
